* if you get a notification that no shipping rate is available and you cannot proceed at check out, your country falls out of the standard shipping prices. To buy the artwork, please contact me at info@madebo.art. I will get you a shipping quote and you can decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
* occasionally shipping rates fluctuate; I have no control over this. If the rate is significantly higher for your country, I will contact you about the new shipping rate before packing up your artwork.
* custom and import duties may apply. I am happy to look this up for you if you're not sure.

Delivery
I take the utmost care in shipping your mosaic securely. Your mosaic comes bubble-wrapped in a box and is shipped with insurance.

Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. Originals will usually be shipped within 5 business days.
You will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date once your order has been processed. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.
You will also receive a track and trace code.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If anything is amiss, contact me within 48 hours.

Returns
You can return an original artwork in exchange for a full refund within 14 days, providing it's in its original condition and its original packaging.
